1. Company Structure

This website, PowerMatch.us, and the product PowerMatch™ are operated under:

PowerMatch™ (product and service)

All transactions are with Passion2Profits, LLC.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By using this site or purchasing, you agree to:

  • Privacy Policy
  • Arbitration Agreement

If you do not agree, do not use the site.

3. Nature of Service

PowerMatch™ is a dating optimization and narrative clarity tool.

It is NOT:

  • a dating app
  • matchmaking
  • psychological analysis
  • a personality test
  • a compatibility predictor
  • therapy or counseling
  • medical, legal, or financial advice

No outcomes are guaranteed.

4. Eligibility

You must be 18 or older.

5. Payments and Refunds

All payments are processed via third-party providers (e.g., Stripe).

All products are digital and/or personalized.

7-Day Results Guarantee

We guarantee that PowerMatch™ will provide meaningful insights to help you present your most authentic and compelling self. If you genuinely put the recommendations into practice and don’t believe your report delivered value, we’ll refund your purchase.

To qualify for a refund, the following conditions must be met:

1. Request Your Refund Within 7 Days. Your refund request must be submitted within seven (7) calendar days of receiving your completed PowerMatch™ report.

2. Complete the Assessment Honestly. The guarantee applies only when the PowerMatch™ assessment has been completed accurately and honestly, to the best of your knowledge. The quality of your report depends on the quality of the information provided.

3. Implement the Recommendations. Before requesting a refund, you must make a genuine effort to apply the recommendations contained in your report. Please provide screenshots or other reasonable evidence showing that you updated your dating profile using the recommendations provided. Examples include:

  • Updated profile bio or prompts
  • Revised profile photos
  • Changes to profile content or positioning
  • Other recommendations included in your report

4. Use Your Updated Profile. Your updated profile must remain active on at least one major dating platform (such as Hinge, Bumble, Tinder, Match, or similar) for a minimum of 72 consecutive hours before submitting a refund request. Please include:

  • A screenshot of your live profile
  • The date the profile changes were published

5. Tell Us About Your Experience. Include a brief explanation describing which recommendations you implemented and why you feel the report did not provide meaningful value. Your feedback helps us continually improve the PowerMatch™ experience.

What Our Guarantee Covers

PowerMatch™ is designed to provide personalized clarity, insight, and actionable recommendations—not to guarantee matches, dates, or relationship outcomes. Our guarantee covers the quality and usefulness of the PowerMatch™ report itself. Because dating outcomes depend on many factors beyond our control, we cannot guarantee specific results or experiences with any dating platform.

If you’ve honestly completed the assessment, implemented the recommendations, and still don’t believe PowerMatch™ delivered meaningful value, we’ll gladly refund your purchase.

To request a refund, submit a request through our Contact page using the email address associated with your order. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method and typically appear within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

6. Data Handling

Inputs are processed → report delivered → inputs deleted.

Some data may be retained for:

  • fraud prevention
  • payment verification
  • legal compliance

7. Intellectual Property

All frameworks, content, and materials are owned by Passion2Profits, LLC.

No copying, resale, or distribution allowed.

8. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

  • decisions made from content
  • dating outcomes
  • perceived accuracy
  • indirect damages
